Once an individual becomes targeted, he knows it or not, it falls under the system of Gang Stalking. Therefore, it is as if there was a call to all to harass. And this is done with all sorts of false pretenses. From the time someone is identified as "target" by anyone, different groups are advised to destroy this target. They put all their energy in the game. Whatever the reason, true or false, groups of all persuasions (religious, vigilant, extremists, fundamentalists, organized crime, gangs, against sex-offenders, etc.) are implementing their own version of justice for this individual. It is ... all against one!
It is an illegal vigilante parallel system administered by groups with ther own values and for different reasons, based or not. But it is never justified to trample all human rights of a person. Because one of the tactics of Gang Stalking is to discredit the targeted individual by defamation, each finds his account in choosing the false pretext that it suits him for destroying him.
For example, if an organization intoduce him as a targeted individual or a person called "suppressor" or "potentially dangerous", it could administer its own system of repression, even if they are part of the group or not. To do this, it will appeal to all! And they will participate in this "manhunt" that is called: "Gang Stalking".
For some members of these groups, it is an act inherently good because it can make them progress within it. According to Abgrall's report on Scientology, this "conducted repression" or "Organized Stalking" may ask for participation of some associated organizations to help them in destroying target's life. Some of them could be the "Citizens' Commission for Human Rights ", "Ethics and Freedom" group," The French committee against Scientologists discrimination" "Justice honest League", " True Justice "," Silent Justice ", etc.. even be some public organizations that offer some services to citizens.

Among these, there are some psychiatrists, psychologists, journalists, writers, teachers, lawyers, disabled, homeless, elderly, the vulnerable, etc.
